Cottage FIENILE (sleeps up to 7 pers.)
The ancient FIENILE of PODERE LE RONDINI has been recently restored into two apartments, called ACERO and CIPRESSO. Groups of up to 7 persons may rent FIENILE as a single unit, having it fully at their own private disposal. FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD WE MAY ADD ONE OR MORE BEDS IN EACH APARTMENT. At guests' disposal, per each apartment, there are: a private outdoor space in the garden/park, shaded and equipped with tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or barbecues "open-air"; private parking places; a laundry-room; a swimmingpool 15x7,5 metres large. The rooms do not need air-conditiong because they are very fresh on Summer, due to the particular orientation/position of the house. However each room has a fan in order to refresh your days & nights.

ACERO
is made of 2 double bedrooms (of which one may be changed with 2
twin beds), 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin),
a large livingroom with a fireplace made of stones, a closet, a
kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook and with stove,
fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker),
toaster, kettle. Private heating. DTV. Swimming-pool. A private
outdoor space in the garden/park, shaded and equipped with tables
and chairs in order to relax or
organize dinners or barbecues. |
CIPRESSO
is made of 1 double bedroom, 1 single-bedroom, 2 bathrooms
(each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), a large livingroom with
a fireplace made of stones, a closet, a kitchen fully equipped with
all you need to cook and with a 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, dish-washer,
microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster, kettle. Private
heating. DTV. Swimming-pool. A private outdoor space in the garden/park,
shaded and equipped with tables and chairs
in order to relax or organize dinners or barbecues. |
On September, October and November you can join us during the grape harvest or the collection of olives, actively helping and observing these gestures and the ancient rites that lead to the production of Chianti wine and Tuscan extra virgin olive-oil, that you may also buy at our place.
Upon request we can cook for you typical Tuscan dinners, even every night, while every morning we can offer you fresh bread and croissants, plus a real and strong espresso.
At your arrival, we will be glad to suggest you the best itineraries to discover the most beautiful little towns or villages in the Chianti area. On request, we may book for you for free the tickets to enter in the Uffizi or Accademia museums in Florence, in order to avoid you to queue outside the museums many hours. On your request, we may also organize for you horse-riding walks.
