You may rent the whole estate Podere Le Rondini in full privacy that consists of 17 bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 39/40 people.
Our Colonica Villa, instead, may accommodate up to 21/22 people in 9 bedrooms.
But we also have suites, cottages and apartments, completely independent, with private entrances and with private gardens, for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 people. Each accommodation has got a fully equipped kitchen and each bedroom has a private bathroom. Each bathroom is provided with an hair-dryer, too. All the accommodations are very large, bright and comfortable.
Now, one of the most frequent questions we get from our guests is: will I have to share something with the other tourists that will stay at Podere, if I am not renting the whole estate? Our answer is: the swimming-pool only. However, we would like to underline that many times we have had family reunions booking the Colonica Villa only or a part of it, and they really felt comfortable even if having at the estate other tourists. This is due to many reasons: first of all each group has his own private gardens, private BBQ area, and at the swimming-pool each group has his own private umbrellas, sun-beds and so on. We have often witnessed nice meetings among the groups, especially when there are some children, that like to play all together in the large park all around. Again, we assure to each group his own privacy and a fully independence. Also, we want to point out that in the 5 years we are on rental business, we have never had problems regarding the swimming-pool, in fact most of our guests do not use it at all, preferring to tour around all the day discovering Tuscany, especially if they are small groups. Even if all the guests will be at the pool at the same time, each group has his own sun-beds, umbrellas and so on in a different side of the pool, so you will enjoy as well your privacy. By the way, as for our experience, we have to say that we have been many time as tourists in big hotels having 30 or more bedrooms and just one swimming-pool (smaller than ours!), but we have never found problems or having found it crowded, also because people use it at different times, just because each person is arranging his/her daily time differently. We perfectly know that, despite all these insurances to you, if you are looking for a property/estate just for yourselves only, then you may not be satisfied with our explanations.
